hereinafter jointly referred to as “Joint Controllers”

in relation to the processing of personal data carried out within the scope of the project “101094299 - IMPRESS” pursuant to the agreement named “Grant Agreement - Project 101094299 - IMPRESS”, which they have signed, with specific reference to the use of the Service.

Within the scope of the implementation activities of the project “101094299 - IMPRESS” under the above-mentioned “Grant Agreement - Project 101094299 - IMPRESS” and the related “Joint Controller agreement for the processing of personal data pursuant to article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679”, the purposes and means of the processing of personal data are determined jointly by the Joint Controllers. The person to whom the personal data being processed refer, in his/her capacity as data subject, may hence exercise his/her rights in respect of each of them, in accordance with article 26 of the GDPR.
