OMC Event

We are proud to announce the lineup for the upcoming Open Market Consultation (OMC) Event scheduled for September 1^st from 9:00 to 12:00 (CEST).

This remarkable online session is dedicated to an exciting opportunity to collaborate with the IMPRESS project through the Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) procedure. Throughout the event, six distinguished speakers will introduce the Open Market Consultation (OMC), offer comprehensive insights into the IMPRESS project and explain how interested parties could become an integral part of our research and development journey by participating in the PCP tender.

The event will commence with an in-depth project overview presented by the IMPRESS Project Coordinator, Regina Ciancio. Subsequently, Stephan Corvers and Beatriz Gómez Fariñas, Senior Procurement Experts and IMPRESS Project Partners, will provide a comprehensive explanation of the PCP tendering process. Amir Tavabi, Technical Coordinator of IMPRESS, will then share additional technical perspectives on the project. Delving back into the PCP process, Martina Börger, Project Procurement Expert and IMPRESS Project Partner, will furnish further details about the PCP procedure guidelines for applying to the call for tenders. Concluding the initial segment of the meeting, IMPRESS Scientific Coordinator Rafal Dunin-Borkowski will present initial feedback received from users and bidders.

The second part of the meeting will be dedicated to a Questions and Answers session lasting one hour. During this segment, participants will have the opportunity to engage with the IMPRESS Procurement Technical Committee, seeking clarifications and gathering further essential information necessary to participate in the IMPRESS Call for Tenders, set to open at the start of November.
