Graz University of Technology has an outstation at Elettra-Sincrotrone Trieste, the synchrotron radiation source in Trieste, Italy. Its staff manages the Austrian Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) beamline, and has a partnership with Elettra-SincrotroneTrieste for the management of the Deep X-ray Lithography beamline (DXRL).
The group at the outstation is involved in the fabrication of multi-purpose MEMS devices for operando applications in battery research (WP 5), exploiting the capabilities of DXRL technique.
